The service was superb. They upgraded me and my family on my birthday, and the reception staff wished my husband a happy birthday. The hotel also gave me a box of chocolates. The staff were friendly and offered advice on nearby attractions and transportation options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unique hotel with its stunning Eiffel Tower appeal. The paid pool area with water slides was a hit with our boys. Huge rooms with European themed ceilings and replica Eiffel Tower. Sumptuous buffet breakfast open until 1 pm, perfect for a leisurely brunch. Superb front office staff and well-trained pool staff ensuring safety. New hotel with good value and efficient lifts. Express check-in and convenient shuttle service.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff who made sure all our needs were fulfilled. the exclusive amenities such as the spa, outdoor swimming pool, and entertainment were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. the room advantages were impressive, with beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and private facilities that made us feel pampered.
The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from the lift machine room. despite this, the overall experience was exceptional.
